Account Settings
Account Settings lets you configure your Company and Account information.
Details
Basic Information
General information and details about your Company.
Certain products use Basic Information data for end-user products. Make sure that your end-users can reach out to you via these channels.
Name: The Name of your Company displayed both internally and externally.
Merchant ID: ID associated with your Hub Account.
Customer Service Email: Email address used for sending default system notifications.
External ID: ID provided by the Merchant for external identification.
Phone: your default phone number. Support might reach out to you using this number.
Phone Extension: Phone extension of your default phone number.
Website: URL of your Company Website.
Receipt Email: Email address used for system emails.
Contact Information
Information about your Contact person for the Hub.
Make sure that your contact person can be reached and is always up-to-date.
Name: Name of the Contact person displayed to admin users.
Title: Title of the Contact person. It can be Ms, Mrs, Mr or Mx.
Email: Email address used as a support email address.
This Email will be used in some customer-facing products like Emails.
Phone: Phone number used as a support phone number.
This Phone will be used in some customer-facing products like Emails.
Billing Information
Billing information of your Company.
Make sure that your Billing Information is valid and always up-to-date. The Hub uses this information for billing purposes.
Name: Name for the Billing Details.
Company Name: Name of your Company.
Address Line 1: Address Line 1 of the Company Billing Address.
Address Line 2: Address Line 2 of the Company Billing Address.
City: City of the Company Billing Address.
Country: Country of the Company Billing Address.
State: State of the Company Billing Address.
Postal Code: Postal Code of the Company Billing Address.
Email address: Email address of the Company.
Phone: General Phone number of the Company.
Fax: General Fax number of the Company.
Users
Username
All Usernames used by the Merchant in the Hub. These usernames are each unique for the whole Hub.
Make sure that your username is easy to remember.
Name
The given user's Name displayed in the Hub. This is the user's own name and it doesn't have to be unique.
Email
The email address associated with the given user's Hub profile.
System messages are delivered to this address. Make sure that this email address is always available to the given user.
Status
The Status of the given user. Possible values: Created, Active, Disabled or Password Change Required.
Last Activity
The date and time of the given user's last activity.
Actions

Edit User: Edit an already existing User.

Disable User: Disable an active User.

Reactivate User: Reactivate a previously disabled User.
Dashboard
You can customize your Dashboard to see relevant metrics tailored to your personal needs. By selecting your preferred charts, you can determine which visualizations are included. Additionally, you can choose the sizes in which each chart type is presented, with the option to display multiple sizes for a single chart type.

Invoices
The Invoices page within Account Settings shows an overview of the invoice preferences that you set. These preferences were set when you used Invoices for the first time, and are unchangeable after that.
